A Stripe webhook “silently dead for about a month” cost a sale during a live demo.
View original post ↗Know your app broke before your customers do.
Your app looks fine. But a signup form, a checkout page or a Stripe webhook quietly stopped working, and the first person to notice is usually a customer. Breakflag raises the flag first.
The free launch check works today, with no signup and no keys. We're testing interest before we build the monitor.
Silent failures cost real money

Steps 2 and 3 describe the planned monitor. Step 1 works today.
Run the free launch check
Paste your URL and get a 0–100 score in about 20 seconds. It covers exposed keys, SSL, security headers, and whether signup, login and checkout load.
Connect your app
Prove you own it with a DNS record or meta tag. If you want Stripe checks, add a read-only restricted Stripe key.
Get flagged, not surprised
Instant email or text alerts when something breaks, plus a plain-English weekly report with fix prompts.
The quiet failures uptime tools miss
An app can be “up” while signup or payments are broken. Breakflag will watch the paths that make you money.
Uptime, every 5–10 min
An alert the moment your app goes down or starts returning errors.
Signup and checkout, in a real browser
Every hour, a real browser opens your key pages and checks for blank screens and JavaScript errors.
Stripe webhook health
Failed deliveries, and unusual silence when payment events stop arriving.
SSL and domain expiry
A warning weeks before a certificate or domain lapses and your site goes dark.
A weekly report in plain English
What's healthy, what isn't, and a fix prompt to paste into Lovable, Bolt or Cursor.
Your app only, read-only access
We monitor only apps you've verified you own, and we never hold keys that can move money.
What a launch score looks like
- Reachable, status 200, 43 ms response
- HTTPS certificate valid for 65 more days
- No exposed secret keys found
- 6 of 6 recommended security headers missing (−7)
Cheaper than one lost sale
There's nothing to pay now, and the waitlist is free. These prices are our plan and may change before launch.
- 1 app, every check
- Signup and checkout browser checks
- Stripe webhook monitoring
- SSL and domain expiry
- Weekly report with fix prompts
Questions, answered honestly
Is the monitor available now?
Not yet. The free launch check works today. We're collecting waitlist signups to see whether enough builders want the monitor before we build it. If not enough do, we'll tell you and won't build it.
Do you need my Stripe secret key?
No, never. The free check needs no keys at all. The monitor would ask for an optional restricted, read-only key that can see events but can't move money or change anything.
Is the free check safe to run?
Yes. It only makes the same requests a normal visitor's browser would, and only reads publicly served pages. Please only check apps you own or have permission to test.
How is this different from UptimeRobot or Better Stack?
Those are good general uptime tools. Breakflag focuses on what breaks in AI-built apps: signup and checkout flows, Stripe webhooks, and plain-English fix prompts for your builder. No monitor catches everything, so treat it as a safety net, not a guarantee.
Are you affiliated with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Replit or Stripe?
No. Breakflag is independent. “Works with” means we can check apps built on those tools.
Be first when the monitor launches
- We'll email you once at launch, and maybe a question or two about what to build.
- No spam. Leave any time.
- We never sell your details.
